Terms of the Journey.
By using Teresa Does Tarot, you agree to these terms. We ask that you use this tool with intention, respect, and personal responsibility.
1. Nature of the Service
Teresa Does Tarot (the "App") is a digital companion for physical tarot card reading. It provides reference material, session logging, and AI-assisted interpretations. The App is a tool for personal reflection, education, and entertainment.
2. Spiritual & Professional Disclaimer
Important: Tarot readings, including those assisted by our AI Copilot, are intended for self-reflection and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Teresa Does Tarot does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the readings you perform and the interpretations you derive from the App. If you perform readings for others using the App, you agree to do so ethically and with their full consent. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on App content.
4. Local Data & Security
As a local-first application, your data lives on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any backups of your reading history. If you clear your browser's local storage or lose your device, we cannot recover your data for you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our processing servers. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the App or its AI processing logic.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teresa Does Tarot and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its interpretations.
